Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By signing up at https://nodemp.com and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to [ФИО оператора] (address: [адрес для почтовых обращений]; the "Operator") processing my personal data on these terms.

1. Data

Username; e-mail address; password (as a hash); the profile I fill in myself (avatar, banner, "About" text, links to Discord, YouTube, Twitch, GitHub); my Discord id and name and GitHub login if I link them; IP address, approximate location from it, browser and device data, sign-in times; the servers I joined; the two-factor secret if I enable it.

2. Purposes

Creating and keeping the account; signing in to the site, the NodeMP launcher and game servers; protecting the account and the service; service e-mails; showing the public profile; answering my requests.

3. Actions

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties named in the Privacy Policy, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation.

4. Cross-border transfer

I consent to my data being stored and processed on servers in the Netherlands ([hosting provider], the Netherlands), to my e-mail address going to Resend, Inc. (USA) for service e-mails, to my IP address and browser data going to Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) to protect forms from bots, and to data going to Discord Inc. and GitHub, Inc. (USA) if I link those accounts.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent lasts until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to [e-mail для обращений] or by deleting the account; the Operator then stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, unless the law requires keeping it.
