Terms of Use

1. General

1.1. These terms govern the use of https://nodemp.com, its subdomains, the NodeMP launcher, the client mod and the server directory (together, the "Service"), provided by [ФИО оператора] (the "Administration").

1.2. By signing up or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.3. The Service is free. NodeMP is an independent project, not affiliated with BeamNG GmbH. BeamNG.drive is a trademark of its owner; playing online needs your own licensed copy of the game.

2. Account

2.1. Joining servers and parts of the site need an account: a username, an e-mail address and a password.

2.2. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done under your account. If you think someone else got in, change the password and sign out the other sessions under Security.

2.3. One account, one person. Do not hand over, sell or create accounts to get around limits or a ban.

2.4. Under 14, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2.5. You can delete your account under Security; what is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Conduct

Do not:

• insult, harass or threaten other players, or incite hatred;
• put material that breaks the law or other people's rights into your profile, names or servers;
• use cheats, exploits or modified clients to gain an advantage or get in others' way;
• attack the servers, the site or the directory, flood them with requests, or exploit vulnerabilities instead of reporting them;
• pose as the Administration, moderators or other players;
• send spam or unsolicited advertising.

4. Game servers

4.1. Servers in the directory are run by their owners, not by the Administration. An owner sets the server's rules and is responsible for its content, mods, links and description.

4.2. The Administration does not check links that server owners publish and is not responsible for external sites.

4.3. An owner with a directory key must not share it or present their server as someone else's or as official.

5. User content

5.1. Your avatar, banner, "About" text, links and name are visible to others. By posting them you confirm you have the right to.

5.2. You give the Administration a free, non-exclusive right to show this content in the Service while it is posted.

5.3. The Administration may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Moderation

6.1. For a breach, the Administration may warn, remove content, restrict access to the Service or some of its features temporarily or permanently, or remove a server from the directory.

6.2. Server owners may restrict access to their servers by their own rules.

7. Donations and the Supporter status

7.1. A donation to the project is a voluntary gift. It is not a payment for goods or services and buys nothing.

7.2. As a thank-you, the Administration may at its discretion give an account the Supporter status with a badge and extra profile features. It is not obliged to, may change the features, and may take the status away, including for a breach of these terms.

8. Liability

8.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration works to keep it running but does not promise it will run without interruptions or errors.

8.2. The Administration is not responsible for other users and server owners, for the mods servers hand out, or for loss of game data on your computer.

8.3. The Administration's liability is limited to cases the law provides for.

9. Changes

The Administration may change these terms. A new version is published on this page and applies from its publication. Using the Service after a change means accepting it.

10. Law and contacts

10.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

10.2. Questions and claims go to [e-mail для обращений]; a claim is answered within 30 days.
